  • “I had never tried therapy before approaching harper psychology but after experiencing periods of health anxiety a gp friend suggested I seek some help. I found it very useful and the techniques Karyn and Sarah taught me have given me tools to recognise when I’m worried, and understand how I think, to challenge my thought processes and to develop coping mechanisms. I found Karyn’s approach very gentle, kind and empathetic. I found the scenarios and role play useful to think about real situations. It was easy to open up to Karyn. I still have occasional bouts of worry but they are much more short-lived and less concerning and I now feel more able to keep my thinking balanced.”

  • “I found Karyn very friendly and approachable. I found it easy to talk to Karyn and she listened without judging and let me find my own answers with a gentle guidance. The tools that she introduced me to greatly helped and I am still using these and will continue to. I would not hesitate to recommend Karyn as she really helped me to get back on track.”

  • “Therapy with Karyn has been very helpful. What I like the most about her approach is that she really listens and personalizes her approach based on your needs. Every session is different and at the same time, there is a sense of progression towards a long-term goal. I would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends.”
